CASAFARI Acquires Targomo, Boosting Location Intelligence in Southern Europe

CASAFARI, a leading European real estate data platform, has acquired Targomo, a Berlin-based location intelligence company in an undisclosed deal to boost location intelligence in Southern Europe.

The acquisition will give CASAFARI’s customers access to Targomo’s suite of AI-powered location analytics and sales forecasts, while Targomo will gain access to CASAFARI’s detailed real estate network of more than 50,000 customers.

The deal is expected to benefit both companies and the real estate and financial sectors as a whole. CASAFARI will be able to offer its customers a more comprehensive set of tools for making real estate decisions, while Targomo will be able to expand its customer base in CASAFARI’s core markets of Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy.

“Targomo data informs about the best location and Casafari data shows the best properties on the market. Together, we offer the most powerful end-to-end real estate solution,” said Henning Hollburg, CEO of Targomo.

“Targomo’s location intelligence closes a major data transparency gap, helping Casafari clients, real estate brokers, and investors generate and accelerate deals,” commented Nils Henning, CEO of Casafari.

The acquisition is also seen as a sign of the growing importance of location intelligence in the real estate market.

By integrating Targomo’s capabilities into its platform, CASAFARI will be able to provide its customers with a deeper understanding of the markets they operate in, helping them to make better investment and expansion decisions.

CASAFARI will incorporate Targomo’s technology into its existing suite of solutions. The Targomo team will continue to work under their own brand and develop their technology.

Overall, the acquisition of Targomo by CASAFARI is a positive development for the European prop-tech market and the real estate and financial sectors as a whole.

The deal is expected to lead to more informed and better investment and expansion decisions, as well as increased innovation in the use of location intelligence in the real estate market.
