Paris-headquartered global technology venture capital firm, Partech, has introduced a new €360 million fund, Partech Venture, aimed at bolstering European startups specializing in mission-critical software, data, and fintech. This strategic move follows the notable success of Partech International Ventures VII, which centered on facilitating digital transformation for enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

Under the leadership of Philippe Collombel and Reza Malekzadeh, the fund sets out to spearhead investments in 22 to 24 European companies in the Series A/B stages, with a particular focus on those generating recurring revenues ranging from €1 million to €10 million. The fund directs its attention to sectors such as application software, deep tech, B2B & B2B2C platforms, and fintech & insurtech applications.

In a noteworthy investment, Partech Venture has already backed Smartpricing, an Italian firm elevating hotel revenues through an innovative Revenue Management System. Notably, half of the fund’s total, amounting to €180 million, has already been committed by prominent backers including Allianz France and BNP Paribas.
